Domaine la Bosque 'La Regalade Blanc'

The La Regalade of Domaine la Bosque is a red wine from the region of Saint-Chinian of Languedoc-Roussillon. In the mouth, this red wine is powerful with a nice balance between acidity and tannins.  Drinking “à la régalade” consists of drinking without bringing the container to the mouth. Our grandparents drank this way, from a flask, especially during the harvest. Cuvée from a plot of white Grenache on a shale terroir. The vines are located in the heart of the maquis and share the premises with a pretty field of mimosas. This wine is fruity and greedy with a tangy finish. Tasting tip: The white Régalade goes perfectly with a salad of fresh broad beans and green asparagus, a ratatouille prepared with garden vegetables, and Mediterranean fish.

Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore "Il Coroncino"

The Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore "Il Coroncino" by Fattoria Coroncino is a white wine that we can also define as mysterious. It comes from grapes from the Coroncino and Cerrete vineyards; here the soil is clayey, of medium texture. The company philosophy is entirely centered on respect for the environment, the territory, and the great terroir enjoyed by the entire Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico area. Fattoria Coroncino works just as it once did, in full respect of the vineyard, the vines, and the individual grapes. Since 1995 the land has not been fertilized to avoid changing the terroir of origin. A terroir that guarantees the production of unique wines, of great character and extreme personality. Verdicchio Superiore's "Il Coroncino" is a white wine of great temper, which does not go unnoticed. A wine that Lucio Canestrari, the man behind the Fattoria Coroncino, likes to comment with "They are... as they come". And f...

Antinori Tenuta Guado al Tasso Bolgheri Superiore

The Guado al Tasso estate is located near Bolgheri on the Tuscan coast, 60 miles southwest of Florence. The 750 acres given over to the estate's vineyards are at the center of the so-called ”Bolgheri amphitheater”: rolling hillsides that surround a splendid plain that slopes gently towards the sea, creating a micro-climate with outstanding properties. Guado al Tasso, the flagship wine of the estate, expresses all of the power and suppleness of this corner of the upper Maremma. Depending on the vintage the blend might vary. Formerly Antinori Tenuta Guado al Tasso Bolgheri Superiore was labeled as Tenuta Belvedere. The 2020 Bolgheri Superiore Guado al Tasso is a rich, resonant wine that captures the natural radiance of the Tuscan Coast. Blackberry jam, mocha, plum, chocolate, spice, and espresso all build in a mid-weight yet succulent, inviting Bolgheri red. There's terrific richness and resonance here. This is a classic Guado al Tasso.

Pierre Meurgey Savigny-les-Beaune 'Les Bas Liards'

Pierre Meurgey Savigny-les-Beaune Les Bas Liards is a Red Wine from Burgundy, France. Hints of toasted anise and vanilla accent ripe blackberry and plum flavors in this fresh-fruited, briskly concentrated red. While ripe in black-fruit flavors, it has an elegant seam of green herbal tones. A kiss of char on the finish lends gravitas. Ready to drink now, it should maintain a peak through 2026. The “lès” in Savigny-lès-Beaune translates as “near” and so, it should be easy to remember that the town of Savigny is literally near the town of Beaune—just to the north of it. And although the region isn’t exactly the talk of the town, very good value wines are up for grabs from here—particularly if you find one from any of the 22 Premier Cru vineyards.

Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon - Silver Oak Cellars

Deep ruby in color, this Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is an opulent wine with notes of cassis, ripe raspberry, toasted coconut, and shiitake mushroom. This wine has a rich entry, depth through the mid-palate, great structure without being heavy and exceptional length on the finish. Fresh cherry flavors balanced with floral notes and a subtle hint of black pepper add a beautiful complexity. Plush tannins lend to its age-worthiness. Because Silver Oak only produces Cabernet Sauvignon from California's two best Cabernet microclimates, their wines are consistently outstanding and complex, brimming with ripe cassis flavors, and carefully seasoned with toasty new oak. Because of their long relationships with growers, they can source the best possible fruit from prime vineyards throughout Alexander Valley.

Chateau de l'Escarelle 'Rumeurs' Rose

Chateau l'Escarelle's 100 hectares of vines flourish amid 1,000 hectares of stunning, protected countryside in the very heart of Provence. Less than an hour's drive east of Aix-en-Provence, the estate is famous for its beautifully aromatic and enticing dry Rosé wines that are made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault. The vines are planted in limestone soil on terraces separated by dry-stone walls at an altitude of up to 500 meters, naturally following the shape of Escarelle's hills and the Montagne de la Loube.  Whether it’s playful and fun or savory and serious, most rosé today is not your grandmother’s White Zinfandel, though that category remains strong. Pink wine has recently become quite trendy, and this time around it’s commonly quite dry. Since the pigment in red wines comes from keeping fermenting juice in contact with the grape skins for an extended period, it follows that a pink wine can be made using just a brief period of skin contact—usually j...

Canella Prosecco Brut DOC - Empson USA

The Canella winery was founded in 1947 after World War II by Luciano Canella. Luciano’s parents owned a small, restaurant in San Donà di Piave. Luciano began to search the surrounding areas for the best wines to match his mother’s cuisine when he thought about creating his wine. He put this idea into action and set up a state-of-the-art winery specializing in Prosecco. Canella Prosecco became a phenomenal success. Prosecco wine is made from the Glera grape, which was formerly and confusingly called Prosecco, these wines are notable for pleasant flavors of peach, pear, melon, green apple, and honeysuckle. Lower pressure during the carbonation process (also called the tank method) means that the bubbles are lighter and frothier than in Champagne or another traditional method of sparkling wine, and less persistent. Prosecco is also a great choice to blend with orange juice for mimosas for a classic brunch beverage. Canella Prosecco Brut DOC is straw yellow with lively perlage, the bouque...

Decoy California Cabernet Sauvignon

Established more than 30 years ago by legendary vintners Dan and Margaret Duckhorn, our roots run deep at Decoy. Since 1978, Duckhorn Vineyards has been exploring the character and complexity of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Drawing on our winemaking team’s expertise working with this varietal, Decoy California Cabernet Sauvignon offers a rich and appealing expression of the varietal crafted to be ready upon release. Taste: This lush and alluring wine reveals layers of black cherry, ripe plum, cranberry, and tapenade, with oak-inspired hints of nutmeg, vanilla, and cardamom. On the palate, the generous berry flavors are accentuated by silky, mouthcoating tannins, with juicy acidity adding poise and energy to a long, satisfying finish.

Achaval Ferrer Malbec Mendoza

Malbec Mendoza is an inevitable reflection of the variety that is emblematic of our country, the mountainous ranges of the Andes, and the sun. Composed of various vineyards, located in the major geographic references that the Cuyana province offers, this young wine, potent and velvety wine, expresses pleasure, smooth and soft, combining land and flavors in one clear strong message. This wine explains Malbec as well as Mendoza in one universal language.

Ombra Prosecco - Pasanella & Son

The word "ombra" can refer to both a glass of wine and a shade or shadow in the Veneto area. The expression originates from an antiquated practice of gathering to enjoy a glass of wine under the shadow of Venice's renowned Campanile in Saint Mark's Square. Vallis Mareni creates Ombra Prosecco , a sparkling wine with a string-tied cork. It is made from carefully chosen grapes from the Treviso hills that are mechanically pressed later under low pressure; the resulting wine is then transformed into sparkling wine by the Charmat technique in very contemporary cellars. This wine brings to mind the locals' unpretentious, jovial attitude.
